Winning project of the Public Art selection for the Iceberg Biennial Prize for Emerging Artists. A participatory project to put in common hands the process of bread making. Realized through a hands-on workshop in a public market, that asked participants to share, teach and remember techniques for bread making and its relationship to their everyday lives. The workshop was followed by a public baking, bread breaking, and a parting gift of Pasta Madre (natural yeast).
